We were engaged by our client to complete a FEED and Detailed Design for a multi-discipline project that spanned across three offshore platforms. In addition to the normal logistical and other challenges of completing offshore projects, this project was on a tight deadline, being an 'enabler' project for future client activities.
This project brought together our multi-discipline team of process, piping, structural, electrical and instrumentation, as well as other service providers, such as 3D laser scanning and piping/structural fabrication.

As well as the extra logistical challenges that an offshore project entails, the project was on a tight timeline, and hence required a commitment beyond the normal 'business as usual' approach to meet the client's expectations. Our team took on the challenge, working extended days and weekends to deliver the project as quickly as possible.

The project was completed to the agreed timeline and was installed and commissioned with a minimal amount of support and effort, reflecting the planning and coordination that was invested in the project during its early stages. Feedback from the client was very positive.
