Project Delivery Update
Our continuous improvement focus sees us regularly look back over the last 6 – 12 month period, taking away any key lessons, successes, and opportunities for improvement.
Over this recent period, we have supported our customers on a wide range of activities, from optimizing plant efficiency and addressing License to Operate matters, through to dealing with safety-related activities such as Hazardous Area reviews.
Let’s take a look at what’s been happening noting that, as always, the summary provided is at a high-level, respecting the confidentiality
of our various customers.
We've identified hidden capacity and streamlined operations through plant debottlenecking and troubleshooting for our customer's gas plant, yielding future plant productivity gains.
Our involvement in various studies and Scoping/FEED for a number of plant improvements has helped our customers make decisions on how to move forward cost-effectively on various projects.
Navigating regulatory issues for Major Hazard Facilities, and their License to Operate requirements, we have provided practical guidance and advice that assisted our customers in dealing with various regulators, all the while prioritising safety at every step.
Our understanding of the requirements for hazardous area compliance, and the associated documentation requirements, has helped our customer gain a greater understanding of their facility and better manage their risks.
As a client-side support team, the early engagement of our multidiscipline engineering and project management personnel helped our customer make key decisions on project direction, schedule, and project risk, amongst other things, setting them up for long term success.
Our team has a unique blend of operations and project personnel, some with 40+ years of experience in their fields, so we are both ‘book smart’ and ‘field smart’. In a world of growing commodification, this combination of skills sets us apart from other companies, who lack the insight that we have worked tirelessly to bring together as an exceptional offering.
